Refund Policy
Original Paintings
All sales of original paintings are final. Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art, Wade is unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Wade is happy to answer any questions and provide additional photos or details before you purchase to help you feel confident in your decision.
Prints
If you are not satisfied with your print, Wade will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a refund, prints must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and in the original packaging where possible. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
To initiate a return, please reach out through the contact page within the 30-day window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged Orders
If any order — print or original — arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Wade will do his best to make it right.
