Shipping Policy

Prints are shipped within the contiguous United States. Smaller prints are packaged flat in a rigid mailer to arrive crisp and ready to frame, while larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a tube. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and destination of your order and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Prints are inspected before they leave the studio, but please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or defective so we can make it right. All print sales are final.

ORIGINALS

All original paintings are shipped within the contiguous United States. Because every piece is unique in size, framing, and fragility, shipping methods and costs are determined on a per-order basis. Smaller unframed works may be rolled and shipped in a tube, while larger or framed pieces are carefully packed flat or crated to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.

For customers in the Richmond area, local pickup or hand-delivery may be available depending on the circumstances — just reach out and we'll work something out.

All work is carefully inspected and documented before it leaves the studio. Once a painting ships, Wade is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Please contact us promptly if your piece arrives damaged so we can help address the situation. As original works of art, all sales are final. Wade is happy to answer any questions before you purchase to make sure you feel confident in your decision.
