Purchases & Payment
Wade Nelson Art accepts payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and other methods as made available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, such as in the case of a commission. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Commissions
Commission inquiries are welcomed and handled on a case-by-case basis. For larger or more involved commissions, a written agreement outlining the scope, timeline, deposit, and payment schedule may be required before work begins. A non-refundable deposit is typically collected upfront. Wade will communicate clearly throughout the process, but please note that all sales are final once a commission is completed and delivered.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because each piece is an original work of art or a carefully produced print, Wade does not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can work toward a resolution.
Copyright & Image Rights
All artwork on this website is the original work of Wade Nelson and is protected by copyright law. The purchase of a physical piece — whether an original painting or a print — does not transfer any intellectual property or reproduction rights to the buyer. Wade Nelson retains full copyright over all of his work. Images of artwork may not be reproduced, printed, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from Wade Nelson.
